We would like to recruit for someone with 2-3 years of public accounting experience, with a lot of manufacturing experience. We dont want to pay much more than $75k for a senior auditor.
Sr Auditor--Glenview, up to $75K plus bonus (10%) may stretch a bit on comp, very complex issues as they have 800 companies under their umbrella, F150, very flat organization so there is access to Corporate Controller and other Financial Execs, great corporate culture, a lot of opportunity to move around within organization
The Senior Auditor will perform a broad spectrum of financial and operational audits as well as audits related to potential acquisitions. Understand business objectives and process simplification opportunities and utilize a variety of audit and financial analysis tools and techniques.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting; CPA preferred or in the process of completion
Minimum 3 years (4-5 preferred) of public accounting/auditing experience in the Big 4 or the larger second tier firms with exposure to manufacturing clients
Computer proficiency
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Ability to travel 40-50% (Domestic/International)
