Growth opportunities Kindercare Learning Centers is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support our teachers in developing and implementing lesson plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, preferably with special needs.
You will be responsible for helping the teachers prepare materials and implement the final curriculum.
You will also be responsible for helping students transition smoothly in class and help them learn and develop their knowledge.

We are looking for candidates who are able to work Monday-Friday from 1:

Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing lesson plans Prepare materials and implement the final curriculum Assist in maintaining a healthy classroom environment Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children Help children develop a strong sense of self-esteem Develop an effective classroom management skills Observe and evaluate students' performance, behavior, and development Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background and progress Collaborate with other educators, including other teachers, supervisors, and program coordinators Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards Skills Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related role (1 year) with special needs children preferred Experience working with children who have developmental disabilities or other special needs (preferred) Familiarity with teaching techniques and best practices for children who have developmental disabilities or other special needs (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Job Type:
