Your primary roles will be to prepare packages for claims and to maintain customer records.
You will learn how to become a Licensed Public Adjuster in this role
Responsibilities:
Communicate updates to the Public Adjusters on current claim statuses Document project notes for each individual Home Project Update documents and email templates to latest and greatest Call homeowners to obtain required information to support their claim when needed Schedule appointments for RS Five Inspectors to meet with Adjusters Manage Customer Email In-Box
Qualifications:

Months of Clerical/Administrative Experience Interest in learning the insurance industry and the claims process Comfort using MS Office, Google Suite, or both Ability to work independently and as part of a team Authorization to work in the U.
