The success of our 2 Owners has created the need and the Office Manager will quickly become a key member of the team.

We have hit the point that to provide 5 Star Service, we need to add to the team! The new Office Manager at RS Five will bring their prior experience and creativity to the table and help build, tear down and build again with us! You will thrive in this role if you like building partnerships.
Providing support and updates to our customers is at the top of the list.
Building relationships with our Crews and Consultants to provide quick answers while they are in the field.
Work with existing customers and suppliers to provide order updates on current Home Projects.

Responsibilities Organize/Schedule meetings for Homeowners throughout the Home Project Lifecycle Build project orders based on information provided by our Inspectors and in our CRM Maintain Office Inventory - Ordering Office Supplies Greet Walk-In Guests Help plan company events - From A Tent at a summer Fest to promote RS Five To a Team Dinner & River Tour to celebrate a successful summer Review, Update, Maintain the file management system Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data at every step Manage Company Device Inventory Manage Initial customer inquiries Provide 5 Star Service Prior Experience Working in Administrative, Customer Service, Client facing role Working with MS Office and Google Suite Calendar Building / Scheduling Project Management - Step by Step processes that make sense Mindfulness - 5 Star Service - Spot checking Order Accuracy & Completion Understanding the importance each person has on a Small Team These are a few bullets that we think will help you be successful in the role.
