We have an exciting opportunity for a Document Management Center Clerk here at Guarantee Trust Life.
The individual in this position is responsible for identifying and initiating classification of policyholder applications, application files and claims documents via our Life Pro and Hyland On base (workflow) systems and facilitate the management of those documents.
You will also be assisting various departments when needed, to locate, re-scan or re-index any documents.
Key
Responsibilities:
Processing and prepping incoming mail Identifying documents for accurate routing Scanning and indexing all claims documents appropriately and accurately Education and Skills:
Entry-level, up to three years of office experience Strong data-entry, organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office products High School diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of college preferred Why GTL? Take a look at what we offer:
