The position requires the individual to work Saturday & Sunday from 7am-3pm.
Ideal candidate should have some previous clerical and customer service experience.

Summary:
The primary purpose of this Concierge position is to effectively communicate with all residents, guests and general public; assure that needs are appropriately addressed or directed to the proper party.
Duties include, but limited to:
Welcomes all guests and visitors by greeting them Answer all incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate party Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, faxes and other miscellaneous deliveries Keep office machinery filled with paper and supplies at all times Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring log book and ensuring visitors sign in and out Performs other duties as assigned Skills/
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from senior adults, management and the general public.
Must have excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
