Description WHAT YOU'LL DO The Treasury Management Support Specialist will work with Treasury Management Executives, Commercial Relationship Managers, Commercial Loan Coordinators, Retail and customers to provide support for commercial deposit and cash management servicesWHAT YOU'LL BRING Knowledge of:

Multi-task and work independently Solve problems independently while applying logic and discretion Adapt to change and respond to all requests in a professional manner Desire to suggest new approaches to existing procedures within established options to gain efficiencies in department tasks Analyze and solve problems for which there are not always precedents Maintain visual attention and mental concentration for extended periods of time Possess the ability to understand and process multiple types of inquiries in a professional, fast-paced, and high traffic environment Additional Duties:
Provide direct customer support responding to general and technical inquiries via phone or email related to treasury management services/systems and commercial deposit account inquiriesProvide training, for all cash management services, including but not limited to, ACH processing, business internet banking, sweep accounts, positive pay, monthly and annual CD's, and Remote Deposit CaptureComplete system setup and maintenance items for existing and new treasury management products and servicesPrepare customer documents required to establish or maintain treasury management services and commercial deposit accountsAssist Retail associates with Treasury Management services referralsAssist business customer who have experience fraud on their accountOpen new accounts as needed by Commercial or Treasury Management ExecutivesProvide specialized line of business supportOther special projects as directedEDUCATION AND TRAINING College degree preferably in business, accounting or finance or High School diploma and 2 years related work experiencePrevious banking or finance and customer service experience preferredPrevious experience in roles identifying customer needs to expand relationshipsRequires strong background working with a variety of PC operating systems and anti-virus softwareRequires knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Access and Adobe AcrobatBusey values a diverse and inclusive workplace and strives to recruit, develop and retain individuals with exceptional talentA team with diverse talent, working together, is essential to Busey's commitment of delivering service excellenceBusey is an Equal Opportunity Employer including Disability/VetsVisit Busey.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
