We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables - Manage reservations and ensure timely seating of guests - Assist with taking to-go orders and packaging them for guests - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth flow of service - Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly - Assist with other duties as assigned by management Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong guest services and customer service skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of POS systems is a plus - Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Host/Host.
