THE OPPORTUNITY Our HR Intern is vital to the performance, profitability, and continued growth of the Primient business.
Across HR, we are exploring new and better ways to harness data, improve decision-making, and add value while optimizing the investment we are making our plants and people.
We are looking for an intern for the summer of 2024.
Key
Responsibilities:
HR Intern Data Collection and Cleaning:
Assist in gathering and organizing HR-related data from various sources.
Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Data Analysis:
Conduct exploratory data analysis on HR metrics to identify trends and patterns.
Work with the HR team to create insightful reports and visualizations utilizing Workday, Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet, etc.
Reporting:
Develop and maintain regular HR reports for key stakeholders.
Summarize findings and present data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with HR professionals to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Suggest and implement data-driven solutions to enhance HR operations.
Data Visualization:
Create compelling visualizations, charts, and dashboards to effectively communicate HR data.
Ensure the accessibility and user-friendliness of data visualizations.
ABOUT YOU We are looking for an individual that has obtained or is pursuing a HR, Data Analytics, or Business Degree.
Must be data driven and willing to learn.
WHAT WE OFFER This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our HR Strategy, Key Performance Indicators and processes within a dynamic business environment.
You will develop practical skills in reporting and analysis - helping to further streamline the business, and help integrate our HR Strategy, while working alongside experienced professionals in the field.
This internship comes with an hourly rate of $21.
55/hr.
, a $3000 Housing/Travel stipend, and you will receive professional development through the summer program.
Must possess valid work authorization for the US.
We are not offering sponsorship for this role.
ITEMS TO NOTE This is a 40 hour per week/Full Time role.
This role is In Office - 5 days a week in our Schaumburg OfficeInternship dates are May 20th, 2024, through August 2, 2024There is no guarantee of full-time placement at the conclusion of this internship.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
