Position requires attention to detail, proficiency in MS Word and general computer skills, excellent telephone and email communication with clients and coworkers, filing/scanning/copying, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Previous experience in property management not necessary but preferred.
Administrative background and Quickbooks a plus! High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Description:
Position is responsible for managing the front desk area.
Welcomes and greets all visitors and handles all incoming calls.
Provides customer service and general office support.
Responsibilities:
Turn phones on every morning promptly and listen to overnight voicemails, maintain and update monthly office calendar, phone lists and property lists, creating invoices and billing, prepare and mail financial packets to Board members each month, open, code and distribute all incoming mail, assist property managers and bookkeeping department as requested, maintain filing including current insurance files, maintain current tenant information, prepare new leases for incoming tenants, mail monthly assessment statements to homeowners, send out mailings, and assist with any other projects as directed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
