This position is located at one of our brand new state of the art locations.
You will be working with luxury and ultra luxury vehicles.
Job
Responsibilities:
Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service, call customers about previously declined maintenance or repairs.
Schedule service appointments and reschedule no show customers.
Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
