Summary:
This role directs Technology performance management, including KPIs and key metrics, service management metrics and reporting, demand management for application services and/or infrastructure and IT Operations and oversees managed service providers and other vendors delivering services for the Technology team.

Responsibilities:
Develops and executes on Technology performance management strategies and plans, including KPIs and key metrics.
Establishes operational objectives for managers and/or teams of professionals in order to achieve the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
Oversees and manages service management metrics and reporting.
Formulates demand management for application services and/or infrastructure and IT operations.
oversees managed service providers and other vendors that deliver services for the technology team.
Partners with Sourcing, Business and technology teams to define category specific sourcing strategies that are aligned to the broader Technology strategy.
Streamlines vendor landscape to reduce supplier costs and define new engagements.
Performs as a liaison with Procurement for contract negotiations, remediation, renewals, and changes.
Monitors service and operating level agreements.
Provides monthly scorecards, delivers metrics and executive insights that drive decisions.
Performs proactive/predictive analytics, analyzes and reviews key category metrics, volumes & trends, and engages with internal partners.
Works with Risk Management partners to review and assess category related risks.
Ensures relevant templates are available and updated.
Develops and mentors staff through onboarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; builds and maintains employee morale and motivation; ensures the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies; fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree and at least 6 years of experience in vendor management and/or a role managing & interfacing directly with IT Vendors OR High School/GED and at least 9 years of experience in vendor management and/or a role managing & interfacing directly with IT Vendors.
At least 5 years of experience leading geographically diverse operational functions within a global, highly complex, matrix organization.
At least 5 years of experience delivering value for IT through creation of KPIs and other metrics that measure outcomes.
Experience standing up managed service providers and other outsourcing engagements.
Experience with PowerBi at an advanced level Experience setting KPIs for technology function in a large enterprise.
Experience working & negotiating with suppliers.
At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership.
At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications Experience partnering and working with multi-functional leadership teams including Finance, Security, Sourcing, IT Experience working in a dynamic, fast moving environment.
Strong communications, teamwork, and consensus building skills, particularly with senior IT leadership.
Understanding of industry standards, business operations and regulatory requirements.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
