Responsible for stock compensation and other equity award accounting activities
Responsible for month end close activities including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
Management of G/L system including account maintenance, system parameters, month/annual close procedures and reconciliation to consolidation system.
Assist and/or lead assigned projects to increase efficiency of department procedures and processes.
Participate in annual budget process including consolidation and analysis of Corporate departments and importing to G/L and consolidation system.
Ad-hoc analysis of department expenditures and results as requested.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business (finance or accounting), CPA a plus
Minimum 4 to 7 years of corporate and/or business unit finance or accounting experience
Ability to execute projects efficiently and effectively with limited supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment are essential
Strong analytical skills and business/financial acumen
Attention to detail, with high standards of accuracy and review
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task project environment
High-level of computer proficiency; demonstrated proficiency with Oracle HFM, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and SQL a plus
