Marketing Company located in Glenview has an immediate opening for a Customer Account Representative on a temporary basis. Ideal candidate will have college degree (preferably in Marketing or Business Administration) with 1-3 years customer service experience within a distribution environment.
The job duties are as follows:
Process and maintain orders that come in via phone, fax, web, EDI using the AS400 system (JD Edwards) - 85% of orders come in through the web, EDI, or bulk format.
Extensive telephone contact with sales field, corporate personnel, warehouses, and freight carriers
Troubleshoot and provide training for customers who use our web site ePOP
Tracing Orders
Expedite emergency requests
Release order off various holds and backorders
Maintain records
Process debits and credits
Maintain daily warehouse activity
Support AE's on various special assignments & projectsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
