A Game Coach is the face of our business and should possess the following characteristics:
Strong customer service skills
Maintain a professional appearance
Be comfortable speaking to and working with customers
Organized and detail orientated
Experienced with console based video game play including knowledge of current games and systems
Must be able to work well without close supervision
Stay cool headed and be able to handle stressful situations.
Game Coach Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Drive a truck and trailer ( a minimum of 5 years driving experience required and a good driving record)
Be able to work nights and weekends
Properly prepare for parties each day
Select appropriate games for the age group you are coaching
Setup and tear down each event
Clean trailer before each event
Conduct routine maintenance
Manage several children at a time
Encourage a fun environment
