Role: Innovation Facilitator
Type: Contract-to-hire (Chance to transition to full-time at year end)
Location: Glenview, IL
Travel: Up to 30% travel nationwide
Requirements: Experience facilitating the deployment, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-level framework to accelerate growth within the client. Prior experience with process development, coaching, implementation, and assessments preferred.
Summary:
Caveo Learning is hiring an Innovation Facilitator who will be responsible for facilitating the deployment, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-level framework to accelerate growth within the client. The Innovation Facilitator will also assist with process development, coaching, tailoring, implementation, and assessments. In addition, the candidate will:
Assess client needs to determine appropriate process improvement and performance solutions.
Provide guidance and specialized knowledge to other members of the team.
Work with internal and external business partners to develop facilitation strategies, proper execution, and continuous improvement to support the overall organic growth.
Work closely with stakeholders to assess the integrity of training materials and support the ongoing implementation and assessment for all existing and future training programs.
Cultivate, develop and manage strong, lasting client relationships at a senior management level.
Make recommendations to management on options and critical learning and development process needs.
Desired Skills & Experience
6+ years of facilitation and process improvement experience or equivalent combination of work and education.
Thorough understanding of adult learning principles.
Experience designing, implementing, and tailoring processes to fit the needs of the business units.
Experience with change management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills among multiple levels within an organization.
Strong cross-functional influencing and engagement skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment and influence without direct authority.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
