Software Developer.

This successful candidate will write code, debug, and document and maintain global fitting software initiatives.
The main objective of this role will be to successfully complete assigned projects within the established specifications and schedules.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Implementation-Demonstrating high level SW Developer Skills and good design skills.
Ability to review design specifications a plus.
Debugging-Ensure quality of code; unit test, find and fix defects Documentation-Complete formal documentation as defined by quality process Configuration Management-Store new and updated code in the source code database Communication-Collaborate with Lead Software Developers and Architects to ensure the successful implementation.
Ability to work in teams.
Developing ability to mentor and coach SW Developers.
Experience:
The position requires 5
years of professional experience in software development for Windows.
In addition, a proven record of experience in the Visual C# programming is needed.
Furthermore, strong troubleshooting skills are required and the ability to solve complex software (and hardware) systems issues.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science degree in software engineering or equivalent.
Additional experience in hardware interfacing is a plus.
Ability to lead development teams of 2 to 5 software engineers a plus.
WPF, XAML, XML,.
Net 4, LINQ and SQL Express a plus.
Visual C+
programmers are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to learn new technologies is a must:
training is provided as needed KNOWLEDGE SPECIFICATIONS:
Must possess and be able to apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures within the field of software engineering to the completion of assignments.
Must be able to read and interpret design specifications, adequately comment code and develop documentation.
Must have strong software problem solving skills.
Must communicate well using both written and verbal communication.
